Any vegetable that is green, especially dark green!
I know this because I have a blood clotting disorder and the dr’s don’t want me taking too much vitamin K, which would interfere with my blood thinner. So they tell me to stay away from things loaded with Vitamin K.
Especially the dark leafy greens like kale, spinach, chard, etc.
