A Teenage/Women’s vitamin complex should be fine, but all you really need if you have a BALANCED diet is B12 (which you don’t really even need since humans have been known to store B12 for 30 years and you CAN get it from plants), but it helps put mom’s minds at ease
=)
You are not a vegetarian wow if your going to eat the poor helpless fish then you won’t need vitamins the poor fish that had there life cut short for your selfish reasons has enough vitamins because it was a life you know like if someone ate you that would be lots of vitamins wouldn’t it? And a really true vegetarian wouldn’t drink milk or eat eggs because it is hurting the animals keep lying to your self it will eat you no where in life. Oh and enjoy your corpses
ones that have:
omega-3s
b-12
protean (or just get protean powder to put in drinks – i get it from trader joe’s :] )
oh, and i gotta point out (even though u prob already know this) that fish is an animal, and even if u wanna still eat it now consider getting urself off it in the next year or so. fish are animals and therefore meat.
none
dont eat the poor fish. your not a true vegetarian.
they are animals 2 like it or not.
i have been vegetarian for a long time nd never taken a vitamin. never been healthier!
meat eaters get 3x more protein then they need.
meat is NOT healthy and we DONT need it to survive.
those are myths.
tell someone you don’t care about to eat only meat for a month. they will die.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMIK6ZgMX…
You don’t need any vitamins, but a one-a-day never killed anyone. This website, run by the Mayo Clinic, has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

I’ve been a vegetarian for about 4 years now (no fish, meat) and I haven’t needed to take any vitamins. I think it varies from person to person though if you do think you need vitamins the big ones you need to take should be B-12 and iron.
If you’re eating fish and dairy, I doubt you need vitamins specifically because you’re vegetarian.
You can get general vitamins designed for vegetarians though so just tell her to get whatever she sees.
Get a B complex, Omega 3-6-9 that’s about it. Best thing to do is ask your physician however, in case you have any allergies you don’t know of.
one a day teen advantage
or one that is high in protein, since you are vegetarian your body will be lacking a lot of the protein that is in meat.
Your not a vegetarian, your a pescaterian. Don’t eat fish and call yourself a veggie. That’s being more ignorant then a meat eater.
i just went to the doctor and he told me to take b12 and get planty of proteins.
get a multi vitamin that has b12 in it.
Vitamin B and C from leafy vegetables and citrus fruits..
vitamin b12
Beef ones.
