Im A Vegetarian And I Need Some Vitamins Without Animals In It. Any Suggestions?

Been meat free for a month now, and im really starting to feel the side effects. I am looking for vitamins/protein with no animals in it. I have no problem with anything that has egg or milk in it. But that’s as far as im willing to go.

    Vitamin A- Apples, mangoes,Carrots
    Vitamin C- Orange, Lime
    Vitamin D- Sunlight
    Iron- Spinach & leafy Veg.
    Fibre- Wheat, oats

    eat eggs for iron (spinach iron doesn’t really ‘enter’ your body, it goes to waste) and take vit B supplements (there are no vegetables rich in vit B6 nor B12). everything else you get from fruit and vegetables

    just eat fruit and drink your milk :] orange juice too grape juice all that is good! U may want to get Iron tho!
