Nutritional yeast and spirulina are excellent Vegan sources of B12. Many brands of soy milk are also fortified with B12.
After exercise, I add a little nutritional yeast to my protein shakes. Not only do I get more than enough B12, I get fiber, folic acid, selenium, and other B vitamins.
