  1. yeah sure =] another user on here was kind enough to give me some starter recipes. so here they are:
    Sweet & Sour Tofu
    1Pkg Extra Firm Tofu
    1Cn Crushed Pineapple
    1Cn Crushed Tomatoes
    1Cn Apricot Halves (quarter them)
    1Envelope Lipton’s Onion Soup
1 or 2T Apricot Preserves (Cuts out the bitter acid taste of the tomatoes)
Mix pineapple, tomatoes, apricots, apricot preserves, and onion soup together.
Drain and rinse tofu. Slice rather thinly, put between 2 towels and cover with something hard for 10 or so minutes to make sure the extra water is out of it.
Place the tofu in a pan with oil until both sides are slightly browned.
Add fruit mixture and cook for 20 minutes
    Serve over rice.
    Veggie Wrap
    Flour Tortillas
    Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    Broccoli Sprouts
    Onions
    Olives
    Avocados
    Regular Cream Cheese
    Italian Dressing
Spread cream cheese over the tortilla, add veggies and drizzle a little dressing over it. Wrap it up and enjoy. (my husband love these)
Egg salad sandwiches as well as veggie sandwiches are good. We also do tacos with beans, cheese and onion enchiladas, spaghetti, mac & cheese, grilled cheese with tomato soup, veggie stirfry over rice.
    Chili Rejeno Casserole
    5 Eggs
    1 Can Evaporated Milk
1/4 C. Flour or Pancake Mix
Cayenne, salt & Pepper to taste
    1lb Cheddar Cheese, Grated
    1Lg Onion, Diced
1Lg Can Whole Green Chilies (You’ll have to open them, clean out the seeds and pat them dry)
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Spread on greased 9×13 pan.
    Add green chilies on top.
Mix eggs, milk, flour, & seasoning in bowl.
Place grated cheese over the onions and pour eggs over cheese. Sprinkle with parika
    Bake 350 for 45 min
Let Stand 15 Minutes before serving
    Noodles With Peanut Sauce
    2T Smooth Peanut Butter
    1/4 C. Hot Water
    3T Soy Sauce
    1t. Honey
    4C. Cooked Chinese Style Noodles
    2 Green Onions, Chopped
    Bean Spouts
    Chopped Peanuts
Stir together peanut butter, water, soy sauce and honey.
Add cooked noodles and toss well.
Add chopped onions, sprouts, and peanuts before serving.
    (Works cold also)
I hope these help! The noodles w/ peanut butter sauce were delicious!
    Hope this helps! (:

  2. Ranastas says:

beans + grains are a compelete protein
grains + nuts or seeds are a complete protein
nuts and seeds are a complete protien
    mix and match
at this time my recipes are not at hand but if you put
oatmeal and pecan meal or chopped nuts in a recipe you get a complete protien. i know it has soy sauce and sage but the recipe is not here. makes a wonderful loaf or pattie.
eat lots of vegetables they are very good for you.

  3. Enjoy the wholesome goodness of some carrot salad.
