As far as vegetarian eggs, I have not heard that term before. Perhaps it is a marketing term used by the company producing the eggs.
Usually a vegetarian does not eat products that result from the death of an animal. Therefore, stuff produced from an animal, like eggs or milk, are sometimes eaten by “Vegetarians”. Another term is ovo-vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, or ovo-Lacto Vegetarian for those vegetarians who eat eggs, dairy, or dairy and eggs respectively.
Rennet (used to make cheese) comes from the lining of a baby cow’s stomach, so some vegetarians look for cheese made without rennet.

Eggs are vegetarian, but not Vegan.

Vegetarian eggs are located in the grocery store right next to the kosher ham.
eggs are chicken fruit, therefore edible by anyone!
A vegetarian egg comes from chickens that are fed vegetarian diets.
Eggs were never alive..they are unfertilized.
