This book is finally out and I received it yesterday! I have not done anything yet, but I plan to start tonight with some biscuits. This is not a cookbook that only has a few photos in between, there is a photo of the recipe for nearly every one! I know it is called Vegan Brunch but is actually food for any time of day. . . things like potato salad, seitan sausage, baked goods such as buns and English muffins, but the drinks!

Another great cookbook from the author – this time for brunch foods only! A book full of delicious dining options for breakfast, lunch, brunch or any time of day. Wonderfully written, with many pictures and a colorful design. It has everything from omelettes, quiches, crepes and waffles, to hash browns, sausage, muffins and scones. If you liked all his other books, you'll love this!

The recipes here seem to be a little more. . . accessible. . . than their previous works, perhaps because the dark ingredients straight out of their way to include in the past are not so readily available in their new location.

I just got back tonight and still have not done it, but just look through it, I must say is one hell of a beautiful book! The photos are wonderfully delicious (if that is a word to describe it) and the recipes seem relatively easy to make with "real" ingredients. . not a laundry list of hard to find expensive flour and spices. There is something for everyone and every palette: savory dishes, sweets and bread. . . these can be made for a Sunday breakfast or dinner during the week great! Love, love this book already. . . Thanks, Isa, for the extinction of large kitchen resource!

Vegan Brunch has so many fantastic recipes, it is difficult to know where to start reviewing. The products are baked at high Moskowitz usual standards, and tasty recipes are to die for. Try the tempeh cakes, cinnamon buns, muffins and different. You will not be disappointed.
