I like this at work after adding hot water and makes a quick lunch.

I used to have a miso soup all the time, until I developed an allergy to shellfish (serious dimensions, such as trips to the emergency room). Since being diagnosed (twice, yes, two trips to the emergency room for dinner separate incidents), I was told strictly to avoid fish and shellfish. So, no more restaurant miso soup for me, as do populations generally peces.Esta is how I get my dose of miso soup. The broth is beautiful (if not exactly the taste of authentic Japanese miso soup restaurant), that gentle, mild-tasting seaweed strips too mild. This soup has bits of soy protein (in addition to Nice) and has some mushrooms (so the broth is so good, I think) and, of course, onions verdes.Sin But one star off for the noodles . I found the generous serving of noodles in relation to stock, but found the texture or taste of satisfaction. Store-bought ramen usual, I suppose, has much more fat than the low fat soup and fat affects the texture / flavor. So if you're used to cheap supermarket ramen – which, I admit, I like – will not be mismo.Pero what I would buy it again for the broth and set aside the noodles or break the service up a smaller portion . For those of you used to vegan / low fat ramen, this should not be a problem. I'm spoiled with more fatty soups ramen.Montones Bonus points, though – organic noodles, simple ingredients, low fat, easy to fix (I pour boiling water in a couple of minutes, done), microwave (for brown bagging quotas). Another useful product of Dr. McD that will not break the bank to 180 calories per container and CAL that provides only 1 gram of fat. Other nutritional data on packaging: 680 grams of sodium, 2 grams fiber, 36 grams carbohydrates, 8 grams proteĆna.Espero that Dr. McD does a vegan, no miso paste in the future, simply adding more tofu, dehydrated onion and mushrooms blows up. I prolly would give that 5 stars. :)

This, for a dry soup — and vegans (vegetarians who compares us w / steel palate … In pursuit of that tofu dish that really satisfies). . . is so falvorful. . . I had to read twice the package. . . to make sure it really was a vegan fare,,,, is. . . . and is delicious!

I keep these cups of soup at my desk at work. They are really easy to make with hot water from the water cooler. Be careful because the glass gets too hot to sustain veces.Esta is my favorite flavor of this line of brand, but smells funny coworkers who are not used for miso! I think it tastes great and makes a good aperitif or goes very well with a sandwich or salad lunch to be. The noodles are a great addition – regular miso soup is too watery to llenado.El seasoning comes in a package so you can use less and get so tasty food, but have less salt in your dieta.Tenga into account the linkage information Amazon Nutrition is based on half the package. I can not imagine anyone keeping the rest for later, and 180 calories for the whole thing is not exactly food too! The glasses I bought locally as a list of 180-Cal serving so perhaps the packaging has changed. Meanwhile, I had a few cups leak a bit while eating what is a container that will hold the soup more than their lunch. Place a towel under the cup if acaso.Le give you five stars for taste and convenience, but only four in total, due to details and implementation (leaks, cup, half of nutrition labeling). It also seems a bit expensive at two dollars each + in my local supermarket, but is much better than traditional Ramen.
