   Yeah seriously amongst most vegans honey is considered NOT to be Vegan. Don’t claim something is vegan when it’s not.

   but raw unprocessed honey is better for you than syrup or any dairy product could ever be. if you’re a Vegan purely for ethical reasons, which i think is kinda strange but to each his/her own, then honey should be off limits.

   The honey could easily be replaced by maple syrup. Although, that is just as sugary, if not more.

   No, honey ain’t Vegan. Though I’m one of those who don’t really find honey that bad, so even though I’m ‘vegan’, I sometimes use honey. I never use any milk or egg products though, so I label myself as ‘vegan’, because that covers my diet. I know many vegans are very strict when it comes to honey, and that’s great as it’s really not a vegan product.
