Have Any Awesome Vegan Cookie Recipes?
ByI know there are tons of sites out there where I can find Vegan recipes, but I'm just looking for recipes that some of you have used before and really like. Can't wait for your answers!
I've used this recipe so many times and the cookies always taste really delicious… and I'm a picky eater.

Double Chocolate Cookies–recipe in Vegetarian Times last November or December. If I find the recipe tonight I will write it out here but you should be able to search for it on the Veg. Times website.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Egg replacer equivalent of 1 egg
Cinnamon and sugar, to coat
