Where Can I Get Vegan Vitamins?

By admin

So i’ve looked at all the vitamin shops in my city,
and they have none. It’s really annoying, because
i’ve been a Vegan for 4 months now and I haven’t had
any.
What do you use, and where did you buy them?
links are nice too [:

If you have looked and can’t find them in your city, you can always buy them online.
An FYI – not all gelatin is animal based. You can and will find plant based gelatin in vegetarian/Vegan products. You have to read the labels to see if it is listed as ‘vegetarian’ or ‘vegan’ to know which gelatin the vitamin is using – - or write the company and ask.

You don’t even have to leave your house to get Vegan vitamins. I found this great site with just about everything that’s vegan. They have a great selection of vitamins and minerals. It just depends on what you’re looking for. Here’s the link http://vegazon.com/category/16057641701/…

The best and perhaps only choice for vegans is VEG1, the vitamin supplement sold by The Vegan Society*. I do not know whether they deliver to the US, why not ask them yourself?
However, you should know that VEG1 contains iodine, therefore you should avoid sea algae.

    Where do you live?
There should be a health food store near if you are in the US
I get mine from whole foods.
If you are already full grown, you really don’t need one.
    Just lead a balanced diet.
