What Is The Fastest, Most Effective, Safe, Healthy Diet For A Sixteen Year Old Girl?
By–> I don’t believe in anorexia, bullemia… I just want to lose a bit of weight. I know that what would get me started would be cutting unhealthy sugars out of my daily nutrition.. can anyone build on that? I am also Vegan.


It depends. Are you fat or skinny? It’s simple really. If you are fat, eat half as much.
Exercise is the healthiest for someone your age…also, cut back on your soda intake. People don’t realize how much soda can add calories, plus carbonation makes you bloated

You don’t have to stop eating your favorite foods or anything.
Just take whatever you eat on a normal day, and cut it in half. If you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, eat half a bowl of cereal. A sandwich for lunch and some grapes? Half the grapes, half the sandwich.
And exercise, of course. Walking, running, and crunches…
There are alot of “fun” (may or may not be fun to you) things to do that can be considered “exercise”.
I started playing Frisbee Golf, and that is alot of walking.
Riding a bike is fun if you have at least one other person to ride with.
Playing Ping Pong is fun too. If you get real good, it definitaly counts as excercise.
Maybe once in a while, eat meat. You stomach will act up because it isn’t used to it, and you will excrete some of that other food. Naturally.
Find a fun way to exercise.
there is no such thing as a fast healthy diet. if you are asking how to lose weight fast then you probably are not dedicated enough to do any diet..
you should never starve yourself or make yourself sick especially since your only 16. i would say exercise at least 30Min’s a day, cut out sugar, as much carbs as you can and eat 6 small meals a day. i mean like between meals eat a piece of fruit or some yogurt but remember exercise is the most important.
