    I’m not a dietician. I’m not sure if you just meant Vegan dieters. Anyway, no one else has answered helpfully so I may as well.
    I can share that I am 5-10 and weighed 160 for most of my adult life. That is heavy but not terribly overweight. Most people insisted I was slim, though I knew better. So I hope you have a realistic view of your body. I have read that people who become vegan just to lose a lot of weight are at higher risk of anorexia.
    I did drop about 20 pounds without trying when I became vegan. I had totally given up on losing that weight and assumed that was just how I was meant to be, so it was a nice surprise, and does really feel good. I have a food blog that shows what I eat, so maybe it would help you (link below). I have learned how to make desserts now so am no longer losing ;-) . But I’m steady, not yo-yoing, and feel pretty good. If my weight creeps up a few pounds, I cut back on beer and dessert, but still eat the same comfortable portions of meals.
    I do run about 7 miles a week and walk a bit too, ride my bike around town.

  2. You don’t need to lose any weight! your BMI (body mass index) is in the normal range: 23.3
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
    Overweight = 25-29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
