Will I Loose Weight If I Go On A Vegan Diet?
Bynot overweight, bmi 22, weight 9 stone 8, want to loose 2 stone, 28 lbs, uk women clothes size 10, want to be a size, will this work?
only going to eat fruit and veg.

well i always thought going Vegan would help you lose weight but i guess not cuz my friend is vegan and since last year she gained weight and also got weaker cuz she didnt get the protein and other stuff she needed. also my other friend tryed going vegitarian but it made her gain weight too, just eat healthy stuff, like vegitables, fruits, meat, chicken,fish,etc. also take the fat off the meat if u eat it. good luck hope this helps
i wouldn’t call eating just fruits and veggies being Vegan, vegan is a lifestyle.
plenty of vegans gain weight. eating nothing but fruits and veggies for an extended period of time could leave you with nutritional deficiencies. vegans have to take a great deal of care to make sure they are eating a complete diet b12 and iron deficiencies are most common.
