I’m vegan , but I don’t take vitamins?

Is it bad? I’ve been vegan for about….a year or so(with a few mistakes :/) But I’ve never had vitamins even when I was a meat-eater….

You might not feel any effects, but long term effects can be brewing within you. I’m being hypocritcal, but you should be taking a multivitamin at least – even the Flintstones ones. Something! Anything! Veganism is hard on your body, especially at first. You’re not prepared for it, so your body can’t handle it yet. Make an appointment with a dietician and figure out what you should and shouldn’t eat.

Whats a good vegan vitamin?

I just discovered that the vitamins I bought contain pancreatin (yuck!) I need to find a good vegan vitamin that doesn’t upset my stomach. Can someone recommend a good multi vitamin that is suitable for sensitive stomachs?? Thanks!

I want to diet.
I'm going to try a vegetarian diet.
I know I need to take vitamins, but what kind?
And what do you suggest I eat everyday?

Actually, you don't have to diet as such if you want to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have lots of tips, I melted away 5 pounds by doing as they advised.

Dogs do very well on a vegetarian diet as long as it is well balanced. They enjoy many of the same health benefits that we as humans enjoy when we go veg. Nature's Recipe makes a vegetarian formula for dogs. I am not sure if it is vegan although I believe it is. The link below is to a page from my favorite online vegan store for animal products. Now cats are a different story. They need specific nutrients and it is difficult to switch them and imho, probably not a good idea. You REALLY need to know what you are doing.
