Natural Vitamin Sources
There are a lot of people who do not have enough natural vitamin sources in their diet and therefore suffer from a deficiency of one or more vitamins. How often per week should one eat meat? And for how long would a defrusted uncooked meat keep all its vitamins?
I am not vegetian, knowing that I have two questions:
- How many days should a non-vegeterian person eat meat to be fine. Cause I am not vegeterian, however, I just don’t feel hungry that much to eat meat for everyday either.
- I have defrusted a piece of meat last night for today, however, I don’t feel hungry either. For how long would a defrusted piece of meat (not cooked) would have all of its vitamins and would be fine.
I’ve read you should eat red meat 2 times a week and other meats about 3 times a week, but eating your vegies is more important. Also organic meat is better because you are not putting the hormones and pesticides the animal had in their body into your body, but it’s so expensive! also don’t buy meat from the super market, meat from the butcher is way better for you and cheaper.
Cook red meat medium rare so you are not cooking all the goodness out of it
