okay so i actually have only had red meat twice in my life, and it was like to bites (btw i’m 15) and it was sooo disgusting! and i haven’t eaten it since. i don’t really consider myself a vegetarian because i will occasionally eat grilled chicken( for me, occasionally is every couple months) my mom is the same way as me and she is anemic. i don’t want to become anemic, so what are some vitamins i could take???
P.S. i don’t eat eggs or anything like that either
