    The only way to rid yourself of love handles is exercise and lots of it.
    The most effective exercise which I know of for getting rid of love handles is as follows : -
    Stand with feed slightly apart, feet facing forward. Bend your body to the right and at the same time thrust your right hand down to become level with your right knee. Your left arm held up with the hand curled inwards pointing into your left arm pit.
    Do this exercise both sides until you have completed about 20 for each side. Don’t go mad first time out, this exercise is seriously hard work.
    Another exercise which will help get rid of love handles are lots of sit-ups.

    I heard that farting can help you get rid of your love handles. Apparently that’s something you’re good at. Just do 3 sets of 10 reps everyday and you should be looking good in no time. Just make sure not to sh*t on yourself.
