I’m new to vegetarianism. I want to make sure I get the proper nutrition and protein. When I ate poultry, chicken and fish I would still pass out because I was missing something but doctors didn’t know why.
Any tips for now? I’m going to see a nutritionist in September.

No matter what your nutritionist says, you can still get your nutrients on a vegetarian (or even vegan) diet. There’s no reason you need to rely on animal protein for anything.
All you need to do is eat enough calories from a variety of natural food sources. That’s it.
You need to have a healthy, balanced diet. Eat wholegrain and wholemeal breads, rolled oats, pasta.. Eat lots of grains in general. Have a few eggs every week, eat a wide range of nuts, fresh fruit and veges are great ! You need to keep up vitamin B12 so eat yoghurt, milk and eggs. Eat veges, beans, cereals, nuts and eggs to help with iron . And have a glass of orange juice for iron azwell!
i know its a handful so good luck!!!

eat a handful of nuts, almonds or walnuts are the best, 2x a day between meals and it will go a long ways towards getting the protein you need.
and don’t eat processed food
Enjoy the wholesome goodness of carrots. Carrots are high in protein and will provide your body with all the proper nutrition it needs.
Beans,Peanuts,Chesses (dairy) and they have really good fake meat products Morning Star and Yves make really good stuff.
You must eat a lot of beans. Beans for breafeast. Beans for a snack. Beans for lunch. Beans for din din
Peanut butter.
Peanut butter, beans, eggs, and nuts.
I doubt it was protein how much water do you ingest. That is much more likely a problem
