I already take calcium and a multi-vitamin. Should I take B12 as well?
I take a calcium not because I am vegetarian, but because I don’t eat much dairy.


you are a vegetarian not a Vegan, calcium isn’t in meat. if so its not a main source of it.. so why are you taking a calcium supplement??

i’d recommend getting a blood test to check for any nutrients you may need supplements for. too much calcium can actually make bones a lot weaker and make you unhealthy.
