I Need Some Quick, Fast, Easy And Cheap Vegetarian Recipes.?

I am a college student, living in a dorm. I have approximetly an hour for lunch. I love pita bread and wraps, but I dont know what to fill the sandwich with. I like pretty much anything. Does anyone have and recipes for a spread or something to put on bread?

I stopped eating meat a while ago, and I am completely devoted, but I’m just getting…bored with everything the same. Any good ideas? Also, it should be just from ordinary things, because I don’t want to send my parents out to buy anything special, they already run around 2 much.
