Hi, I’ve been a vegetarian for 9 years and recently transitioned to Vegan. I know now that due to the lifestyle change I’m lacking a lot of nutrients that were easily available before (ie, calcium, etc..) Does anyone have any recommendations for a good vegan multi-vitamin? Much thanks!
