We should all be enjoying our lives more than just working everyday. If you feel that you are working too much; then take the time to give your body the rest that it needs. Begin developing new “relaxation” techniques that will help you feel better.

3. Your Right To Say No: While we were all taught that if you want something you have to go out and get it. I totally agree with goal setting and achieving; however you also have to learn how to give your body some rest.
